The skilled nursing facility and the Parley Manor residential care home at the Lutheran Home of Southbury are licensed by the state of Connecticut. They are under the supervision of Administrator Todd Gaertner (NHA, MBA) with clinical services led by Director of Nursing Barbara Valunas, RN.
